Birthday Brunch Celebration @ Walnut Bar & Cafe, Puchong (夜猫子的新天地)

916 Happy Malaysia day everyone’s.

Found a nice new café to chill in Puchong! I like 2 floor concept of cafe with high ceiling so mcuh! It makes the environment look grand and comfy.

Walnut cafe & bar based on Puchong, served Brunch to Supper. The operation time is just too nice till 1 a.m! Yea, we can have more time chill till late! And for who works till late time, this will be a good choices for your late dinner or supper.

Yes! There're a private room, you may have your private party bash here!

It’s too bad there’re selling fast for the food and drink in just 3 p.m! Some of signature food and drink was sold out! Luckily not all!

Signature- Skinny Pizza

Pizza-Chicken dice, onion, pineapple, Mozzarella cheese with Napolitano paste in crispy thin crust

I like thin crust and cheesy pizza, so this was yummy to me.

Croque Monsieur-Sandwich

Toast cheddar- turkey ham, pineapple fried egg instead.

Cheese baked around the toast mix with the ingredients was just so delicious!

Sautéed Combination Sausages served with 

1 cheese sausage & 2 normal sausage with mash potato & salad.

This was Xx.nah nah.xX!

 What we get was normal sausage not as MENU mentioned!

I can’t accept the reason there’re sold out and replace this kind of sausage as replacement!

One of the signature pasta- Seafood pasta

Mixed seafood, garlic, mix herbs, extra virgin oil.

The sauce was taste good with the paste! But the seafood severed in cold, and the prawn was not fresh.

The Drink

Wonderful Day- Apple + Orange + Celery

Fresh!

Iced blended mint chocolate

Not too sweet, for chocolate lover.

Food: 3/5 star, from the above we tried.

Service: 3/5 star , too slow! Serve still didn’t well train. We was sat on 1^st floor inside room, it’s take some time they notice us!

Price: 3.5/5 star, reasonable price with nice environment.

I will still expect they will do more better and improve, since this was a nice location and a nice environment to chill. Especially the time of operation is so convinces for most of the “midnight cat’’! (夜猫子)

Will revisit again for chill!

Souffle @Wild Sheep Chase, Taman Desa

It’s been awhile that I didn’t blogging. Still remember I promised myself in early this year, at least blog once in a month. =.=''

Anyway, will do my best blog often, to SAVE my “memory & memories” here.

Let’s back to the topic, today will be a food blog.  

Exploring a good café with good food is me and Ann weekly to-do-list. There’re many cafés have yet to be discover and to-be-try it out! Especially DESSERT!(*wink*)

We found out Wild Sheep Chase café serve Soufflé! It’s what I have been looking for some time to try it out!

(FYI: A soufflé (French: [su.fle]) is a baked egg-based dish which originated in early eighteenth century France. It is made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients)

I like the pronounced in France Soufflé, so cute! Haha

Wild Sheep Chase located 1^st floor at Taman Desa, Business Park, mainly serve light food brunch. Weekend mostly shop lot is closed down, you can easily found a parking. Although around is quite, yet Wild Sheep Chase is busy & crowded!

It was a ‘’hot cake’’ café, we was waiting for 30-40 minutes, only be set, and luckily a window seat. (I like window sit, who don’t?) After make order, while waiting for our dessert, the good smell keep coming from the open air kitchen. It’s make us craving!

Here our drink, Earl grey milk tea.

Top: honey with zest lemon.

Love the good match of earl grey + milk tea! Taste so fresh! For those don’t really like coffee taste, this will be a good good choice!

Good foods is worth to wait! Ours Soufflé served after 20 minutes waiting.

It’s taste so soft and not too sweet at all! Recommend finished it when it’s still hot!

If you like the sweetest taste you may mix with the Osman thus maple syrup.

I Love their cozy environment so much! They don’t do much decoration, all white, make you felt so comfortable and relax! And every corner you took photos is just so nice with the lighting! Let the photos show you:

We only able to tried out their Signature Vanilla Soufflé & Earl Grey Milk Tea, too bad waffle was SOLD OUT! Few more yet to try from the MENU, definitely will be back again! And I has promised Chui Yee too. Xoxo.
